Now that you've had enough time to peruse my website and you're ready to book a date, here is my booking form. I look favorably upon potential suitors who fill out as many sections of this form as they are able.

 

I screen using "real world" information (legal name and place of employment), as well as provider references. I do this for my own safety as well as yours. It would be awkward if we met and realized we knew each other in our lives outside the demimonde.

P411 and TER handles are taken into account when screening, and as I mentioned before, the more info you provide the better. However, I cannot screen someone using only P411 and TER. I do require real world information.
